Africapitalism: A New Buzzword

I hosted a panel discussion recently in Abuja, Nigeria that focused on one African solution to the African poverty problem

It’s called Africapitalism, a foundation and concept spearheaded by the Tony Elumelu Foundation. Pay attention to it. It will be transformational. The main idea behind Africapitalism is simple: do good financially, do good socially. It’s the process of transforming private investment into social wealth. Everybody wins. African entrepreneurs and society prosper at the same time.

Check out the foundation and if you have a start up and need some basic seed money, the Foundation has a Pan-African entrepreneurship program called TEEP that you can TAP into.
